YCB gear pumpStructure: The pump consists of a pump body, pump cover, seal, steel sleeve, safety valve, etc. It has a simple structure and is durable. YCB gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not higher than 80 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), and are used in hydraulic transmission systems. Flow rate: 0.6-60 cubic meters per hour, pressure 0.6-2.5MPA. There is a safety valve as overload protection, and the full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Structural characteristics of YCB circular arc gear pump
This series of circular arc gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the output medium during pump operation.
The YCB circular arc gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that intrinsic safety valves cannot be used as pressure reducing valves for long-term operation. If necessary, they can be installed separately on the pipeline.
