Introduction to YZYKK positive pressure explosion-proof motor

The YZYKK series positive pressure shell type high-voltage high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is an explosion-proof series product designed and manufactured by our company using international advanced technology, combined with decades of practical experience in producing high-voltage motors. This product has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. The efficiency value complies with the national GB30254-2013 standard According to the regulations of the second level energy efficiency level for high-voltage three-phase cage asynchronous motors, the positive pressure explosion-proof technology is the first of its kind in China. The motor adopts an internationally renowned ventilation and leakage compensation system to ensure that when the motor starts, the combustible gas inside the motor cavity is effectively replaced (otherwise the device sends an interlock signal and does not allow the motor to start). The device gives a driving signal, and the motor automatically enters the leakage compensation state. During operation, the compensation system automatically maintains the appropriate pressure inside the cavity to prevent combustible gas from entering the shell. When the pressure is too low or the pressure is lost, if normal leakage compensation cannot be guaranteed, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply or issue an alarm. Through the above measures, the reliability of the motor has been further improved, achieving a perfect combination of automatic control and comprehensive protection.

This series of products is mainly suitable for general mechanical equipment such as fans, water pumps, compressors, crushers, chip cutting machines, transportation machinery, and other similar mechanical equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal, power plants, metallurgy, transportation, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and grain processing.

The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB 3836.5-2004 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 5: Positive Pressure Shell Type" p ". The basic performance of the electric motor complies with GB 755-2008 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines". The motor can be made into two explosion-proof types, Expx and Expz, with Expx explosion-proof type suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2, and Expz explosion-proof type suitable for Zone 2. The two explosion-proof types are respectively suitable for explosive gas environments formed by combustible gases, vapors or mists with ignition temperatures of T1, T2, T3, T4 groups and air in factories. The positive pressure shell Expx can also be used for Class I equipment.

The basic data of the motors covered by this sample are as follows:

Machine base number: 315mm-630mm;

Synchronous speed: 3000r/min, 1500 r/min, 1000 r/min, 750 r/min, 600 r/min, 500 r/min;

Rated voltage: 6kV, 10kV (other voltage motors can also be manufactured according to order requirements);

Rated frequency: 50Hz (60Hz motors can also be manufactured according to order requirements (except for 2-pole motors));

Power range: 160kW -4500kW;

YZYKK positive pressure explosion-proof motorstructural characteristics

The electric motor adopts a box shaped structure, and the base is welded into a box shape from steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. Install an air to air cooler on the top of the motor, equipped with an inlet and outlet air temperature gauge.

The stator adopts an external pressure structure, and the stator winding adopts 155 (F) level insulation. The 10kV motor adopts reliable anti corona measures, and the winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI). Therefore, the motor has good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance, and long service life.

The squirrel cage rotor is manufactured using advanced and reliable aluminum casting or welding processes, and has undergone dynamic balance verification, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the motor.

The bearings are in two forms: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor. Their protection level is IP54 or IP55, and the rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices.

The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Both the inside and outside of the junction box are equipped with separate grounding terminals. When the power is ≥ 2000kW, the motor is equipped with a neutral point junction box.

Install temperature measuring devices in important parts such as stator windings and bearings for remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.

The motor is equipped with ventilation and leakage compensation devices. Before starting the motor, the combustible gas inside the motor cavity is effectively replaced (otherwise the interlock signal of the device does not allow the motor to start). After that, the device gives a driving signal, and the motor enters the automatic leakage compensation state. During operation, the appropriate pressure inside the cavity is automatically maintained (the minimum positive pressure value should be at least 50Pa higher than the external pressure) to prevent combustible gas from entering the interior of the shell. When the pressure is too low or loses pressure and normal leakage compensation cannot be guaranteed, the system will automatically alarm or cut off the system power supply.
