working principle

After setting the number of test cycles, wrap the end of the sample around the yarn frame through the yarn guide, tensioner, and transverse yarn discharge device. Start the instrument, rotate the yarn frame, and count. When the rotation reaches the set number of cycles, it will automatically stop. By driving the yarn frame to rotate with a motor, the yarn is wound into a set number of turns. After the winding is completed, the yarn mass is measured and the line density is calculated based on the number of turns and the length of the turns.
