The frequency converter special cable is a new type of special cable developed to improve the transmission characteristics of transmission cables in the context of the continuous improvement of industrial automation level and the popularization of high-precision and high reliability requirements for operating equipment. Its specific features include: YJV power cable, KVV control cable, RVV insulated wire, ZR-DJYPV computer cable, PUR shielded spiral cable, aluminum added Saide cable, BS-JKLV parallel bundled overhead insulated wire. The product has a structurally symmetrical form. The symmetrical structure ensures that each unit of the transmission line has a stable spatial electromagnetic field, thereby improving the quality of power supply.

2. The product has a low and uniform impedance. The reactance values of each phase of the cable are lower than those of the currently used four core structure cable, thereby reducing wave impedance and wave reflection, effectively preventing high-order harmonics generated by frequency changes during high-power transmission from interfering with adjacent control system cables. In this regard, conventional four core cables cannot achieve this.

3. The product has excellent anti-interference performance. The product has a good shielding structure: (1) Ensure a certain thickness of shielding layer; (2) Adopting a double-layer shielding composite structure, good shielding effectively prevents interference from external electromagnetic fields. The shielding suppression coefficient of the cable can be reduced to 0.001 or below, ensuring that any external interference, such as DC large electric field interference, AC large electromagnetic interference, high-frequency electrical interference, etc., will not have harmful effects on the transmission system.

When high-frequency surge voltage and high-order harmonic components occur in the running line, the total current inside the concentric conductor of the shielding layer is zero, and there is no electromagnetic interference to the outside world.

5. As a type of industrial cable, variable frequency cables also have corresponding performance requirements. When used for power transmission of variable frequency motors, their conventional electrical performance meets and exceeds the provisions of GB/T12706 power cable specifications.

Considering the electrical performance required for frequency conversion cables, polyethylene or cross-linked polyethylene materials are often used as insulation for frequency conversion cables, which helps to reduce the working capacitance of the product, improve the insulation resistance of the product, and enhance the voltage resistance characteristics of the product.

When the variable frequency cable needs to have relevant flame retardant or fire-resistant characteristics, corresponding measures should be taken in the structure or materials to solve the problem.
