[Overview]
The rotary fine grid cleaning machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation and environmental protection equipment that integrates three functions: grid, conveyor, and screw press. The spiral fine grid machine can be installed directly in the water channel or in the container box. Wastewater flows into the front end of the spiral fine grid cleaning machine's grid basket, flows out through the grid gap, and the filter residue is trapped in the grid basket. The accumulated filter residue on the grid bars of the rotary drum fine grid machine forms a filter layer to further filter, thereby improving the filtration efficiency of the spiral fine grid machine filter residue. When the water level difference between the front and rear of the spiral fine grid machine basket reaches the set value, the deceleration motor automatically starts, driving the slag cleaning rake to rotate. Its slag cleaning teeth extend between the grid bars to remove all the filter slag. When the drum grid rotates to the vertical position, the filter slag automatically falls into the hopper at the center of the lower end of the screw, is transported by the screw, pressed at the same time, and finally falls into the material box or conveyor for external transportation. In order to clean the filter residue on the teeth, the cleaning rake can automatically reverse by 15 degrees. When passing through a cleaning gear plate, it can automatically clean the remaining residue on the cleaning rake to prevent the spiral grid cleaning machine from malfunctioning.
