1、 Overview

ZGB (P) pump is a new generation of high flow, high head, multi-stage series connected slurry pump in China. The pump has a reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, and chemical industry to transport abrasive or corrosive slurry, especially power plant ash. Has the following technical characteristics:

1. Adopting modern CAD technology design methods, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate;

2. Wide and smooth flow channels, good anti clogging performance, and superior cavitation performance;

3. Adopting a combination of secondary impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;

4. Reliability design ensures a significant increase in the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the entire machine;

5. Adopting thin oil lubrication for metric bearings, setting up lubrication and cooling systems reasonably to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures;

6. The overcurrent components are made of special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance;

7. Multiple stages can be used in series within the allowed range, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 3.6 MPa;
