The dual transformer oil filter equipment is suitable for purifying the edge oil of power transmission and transformation equipment above 110/220/500KV, removing its moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities, thereby improving the pressure resistance strength and oil quality of the edge oil, and ensuring the safe operation of high-voltage electrical equipment. The processed oil meets the standard for use and is a commonly used oil filtration equipment in the power industry.

Dealing with the edge oil of various power equipment, especially the treatment of transformer oil. On the basis of all the advantages of the vacuum oil filter, a Roots vacuum boosting system, a secondary high vacuum separation system, a microcomputer based vacuum detection system, and a photoelectric or capacitive self-control system have been added to overcome the weakness of the vacuum oil filter's rapid decrease in exhaust volume when the vacuum degree is high. This cycle is equivalent to the effect of two vacuum oil filters. A. The oil filter product is a vacuum oil filter specially developed and manufactured by Chongqing Tongrui Filtration Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for edge oil products. Used for purifying and filtering electrical oils such as transformer oil, edge oil, switch oil, capacitor oil, refrigeration oil, etc.

B. The purpose of vacuum oil filter treatment is to eliminate particles, moisture, gases and other pollutants in the oil, and to reduce the acid value. To ensure that key indicators such as dielectric strength, moisture content, gas content, acid value, and dielectric loss of the oil meet the required standards, and to guarantee the safe operation of electrical equipment for users as much as possible.

C. This product is widely used for oil purification treatment for customers in industries such as power supply, power generation, transmission and transformation, power equipment manufacturing, power engineering, electrical equipment maintenance, power testing, and electrical research.

6、 Installation and debugging

1. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes.

2. Connect the three-phase four wire power supply according to the total power of the machine, and align the direction of the front pump, oil pump, and Roots vacuum pump with the arrow.

3. The pump, Roots pump, and oil pump before inching should have no jamming or eccentric vibration phenomenon.

4. Check that there are no leaks in the oil, gas, and water pipelines.

7、 Operation method

1. Before starting the pump, the Roots vacuum pump can only be started when the vacuum degree reaches between -0.08 and -0.095.

2. Open the oil inlet valve after the Roots vacuum pump is started.

3. When there is oil spraying from the observation window in the vacuum chamber, start the oil pump.

4. Start heating (temperature is usually pre-set).

5. During normal operation, observe the fuel gauge and maintain a balance of incoming and outgoing oil.

6. When stopping the machine, first stop the heating system for 3 minutes, then stop the Roots vacuum pump and front pump, close the oil inlet valve, wait for the remaining oil to be discharged, stop the oil discharge pump, and open the air release valve to make the vacuum gauge indicate zero. Disconnect the air switch and do not mistake the shutdown sequence.

8、 Precautions

1. If conditions permit, the inlet oil of this machine should be connected to the lowest point of the fuel tank to facilitate the smooth filtration of solid pollutants and water.

2. This machine adopts a special vacuum separation tower. When the water content is high, the vacuum degree should not be too high to avoid too much vaporization and volatilization, and even the phenomenon of oil spraying from the exhaust port of the front pump. After several cycles, the vacuum degree can be gradually increased as the water content in the oil decreases.
