1) Start up:

Before starting, check the following points:

a）、 Check if the oil pump shaft can rotate freely. If the oil pump is stuck, it is likely that foreign substances have entered the pump and stuck the gears/screws. This must be corrected immediately.

b）、 If the oil pump can rotate, but it is difficult to rotate, it is likely that the packing on the shaft has dried up a bit after the oil pump is installed with a sealing cover. In this case, you can loosen the two fastening screws a few times and continue to loosen them by hand until the oil pump can rotate freely.

Attention: The oil pump should not rotate freely, but should have slight resistance to movement after installing the sealing cover. If it is still difficult to adjust the fixing screws, you can gently tap the oil pump with a cork mallet to prevent the components in the oil pump from being pressed up by force during assembly.
