Scope of Application
1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 50 ℃, the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃, and special requirements can be set at 200 ℃.
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. Medium weight not exceeding 1240 kg/M3
4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is 10 meters.
5. The suspended particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.

The installation of ZW type unobstructed self-priming sewage pump has a significant impact on the operation and service life of the pump, so it must be carefully carried out. (Refer to the schematic diagram for the installation of standardized pump pipelines)
1. The installation height of the suction inlet of ZW type unobstructed self-priming sewage pump should not exceed 5 meters as much as possible, and special attention should be paid to the sealing of the suction pipeline to avoid air leakage and affect the self-priming capacity and normal operation of the pump.
2. The outlet of the ZW type unobstructed self-priming sewage pump should first be equipped with a vertical pipe (usually 0.4-1 meters) and a pressure gauge, and then the outlet flow control valve and other pipelines should be installed.
3. Reasonably configure the length and diameter of the pump inlet and outlet pipelines to reduce unnecessary head loss along the way. (Reference can be made to the straight pipe friction loss summary table for estimation)
4. When transporting over long distances, larger pipe diameters should be selected. The pump pipeline should have its own support, and the pump body itself is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline.
5. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the outlet flow control valve.

The use of ZW type unobstructed self-priming sewage pump
1. Before use, check whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct and whether it rotates flexibly.
2. Unscrew the filling plug above the pump body, fill the reservoir, and then tighten the plug. In the future, there will be no need to refill the reservoir when starting up. The pump should not be started and operated when there is insufficient liquid storage, otherwise the pump cannot work properly and the mechanical seal may be damaged.
3. When starting up, the outlet flow control valve should be opened first to facilitate the discharge of gas during the self-priming process. After starting, adjust the opening of the outlet flow control valve to ensure that the pressure gauge reading is within the specified range (various pump type pressure control range tables), avoiding the pump from working within the lower limit of the specified range, to prevent motor overload and burnout caused by excessive shaft power or cavitation caused by excessive flow, affecting the normal operation of the pump and causing strong vibration and noise.
4. During operation, the temperature rise of the pump and motor should be checked regularly. If noise or other abnormal sounds are found, the machine should be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting before resuming operation.
5. When shutting down, the outlet flow control valve should be closed first before shutting down to avoid insufficient liquid storage in the pump due to siphon effect.
6. Regularly refuel and maintain the pump. If it is not used for a long time, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, and oiled, and stored properly.

Special reminder
1. It is strictly prohibited to idle without liquid in the pump chamber
2. Check if the motor direction is correct, and it is strictly prohibited to reverse for a long time
3. Prohibit long-term operation of pumps under cavitation conditions
4. The inlet pipe must be strictly sealed to prevent water or air leakage
5. It is strictly prohibited for the motor to operate at overload for a long time under low field range and high flow conditions
