Product Overview:
G-type single screw pumpIt is an internal meshing sealed screw pump, belonging to the rotary displacement pump. Due to its excellent performance, its application range in China has been rapidly expanding in recent years. Its characteristics are strong adaptability to the medium, stable flow rate, small pressure pulsation, and high self-priming ability, which cannot be replaced by any other pump type. At present, our company's products have formed their own system with a pressure range of 0.4~1.2MPa, which can meet the different needs of users for single screw pumps.

Working Principle:
Due to the special geometric shape of these two components, they form separate sealed chambers, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, with a head of 60m (for clean water) and a self-priming height generally above 6m. Suitable for conveying media at temperatures below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach up to 150 ℃).

Due to the selection of multiple elastic materials for the stator, this pump has characteristics that general pump types cannot handle for transporting high viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fiber media. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed.Transmission can be achieved through direct coupling or through devices such as variable speed motors, V-belts, gearboxes, etc.

This type of pump has fewer components, a compact structure, small size, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of this pump, and the structure is simple and easy to assemble and fold.

Scope of use:
G-type single screw pumpAs a universal pump, the flow rate can be adjusted by changing the speed according to requirements. The operating speed can be high or low, and the outlet can increase with the number of pump stages. For each additional stage, the pressure increases by 0.6 Mpa.
