Zirconium back pressure valveModel RXBF-G15, brand Shanghai Liyuan, product specification DN15-50, pressure rating PN16-200, piston structure design, integral valve body. Due to its special material, it is relatively less commonly used and belongs to non-standard customized products. The connection method uses welded threaded flanges, etc. The sealing material is perfluoroether O-ring, which is resistant to temperature of 200 ℃ and chemical corrosion. It is mainly used in highly corrosive environmental conditions.

Product usage precautions

1. Avoid resonance with the system.

2. When used together with a pulsation damper, the pulsation damper should be installed between the pump and the back pressure valve to absorb the peak flow between the pump and the back pressure valve. Reduce the wear rate of the back pressure valve.

3. Outdoor use should be equipped with protective shelters or covers.

Before any maintenance is carried out on the back pressure valve, the equipment should be stopped, the pressure should be released, the valves connected to the back pressure valve and the system should be closed, and it should be confirmed that there is no pressure inside the pulsation damper. During maintenance, pay attention to preventing harm to the human body caused by the transported liquid.

4. If the inlet and outlet of the back pressure valve are reversed, the back pressure will increase exponentially, posing a hazard to the system and potentially causing danger.

5. If a fault is found in the back pressure valve during operation, the power should be cut off in a timely manner.
