The working part mainly consists of a crank connecting rod mechanism, a plunger, a hydraulic cylinder, a diaphragm, a pump body, a suction valve, and a discharge valve. Among them, the driving mechanism composed of a crank connecting rod, a plunger, and a hydraulic cylinder is very similar to a reciprocating piston pump.

1. The structural materials inside the pump body are suitable for various organic and inorganic solvents, including adhesives, paints, dispersants, solvents, dyes, white latex, epoxy adhesives, starch adhesives, gasoline, alcohol, hydrochloric acid, etc.
2. Using compressed air as the power source, there are no electrical controls or devices on site, and there are no electric sparks.
3. The constant pressure output of the pump body ensures the high pressure requirements for spraying micro atomization. As a result, the rebound rate of fog droplets on the surface of paint parts is significantly reduced. Compared with traditional gas-liquid mixing spray painting equipment, the technical feature is the use of a gas-liquid separation pressure structure (plunger pressure principle). During the spray painting process, the paint * does not come into contact with air, and is directly pressurized to high pressure, so that the sprayed paint no longer contains moisture and air dust particles, fundamentally solving the problem of moisture and dust caused by high-pressure gas. After the paint is sprayed from the spray gun, it is directly atomized, making the oil mist particles finer and more uniform, the paint film more firm and beautiful, and avoiding surface defects such as flow columns, ensuring the formation of high-quality paint surfaces. Spraying once can form a thin coating of 0.05mm-0.25mm, or even a thick coating of 1mm-2mm. Due to the lack of rebound force during airless spraying, it becomes very easy to spray corners and edges, resulting in a uniform, smooth, and flat coating on both corners and edges. When spraying, there is almost no paint mist, so you can work without wearing a mask, reducing environmental pollution.
