1. Do not idle. DM system utilizes liquid transportation for self lubrication and cooling. Therefore, if running empty or closing the suction valve, it will damage the interior, please absolutely avoid it. If running empty, do not rush to let the liquid in. Please let it sit for more than 1 hour before running. If rapidly cooled, sometimes it can cause cracks in the parts.

2. Treatment of slurry liquid. In principle, it is not possible to transport slurry liquids, but using ceramic bearings can transport liquids with a concentration of 5%, particle diameter within 50um, and hardness of around 80Hs. Additionally, please confirm with Dingchuang Company before using the slurry.

3. The impact caused by temperature. The performance of the pump itself will not change due to temperature changes. However, the transport of liquids will change with temperature, altering their viscosity, vapor pressure, corrosiveness, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to pay full attention to the changes in the characteristics of liquids.

4. Performance changes caused by specific gravity and viscosity. If the specific gravity and viscosity of the conveying fluid are greater than those of clean water, it will affect the axial force, discharge volume, and head of the pump. The pump is customized according to the agreed specifications during delivery. If you need to change the reserved usage conditions, please confirm with Dingchuang Company before use.

When demagnetization occurs, please stop pumping within 1 minute. If the detachment continues, the coupling ability of the magnet will decrease.

6. Intermittent operation. Repeatedly starting and stopping at a high frequency can easily harm the pump. Please limit the frequency of starting and stopping to no more than 6 times per hour.
