The pneumatic diaphragm pump consists of two main parts: the airflow structure and the liquid flow structure, which are isolated by two side diaphragms. It has the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, no collision, and fine workmanship.
pneumatic diaphragm pumpIt is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as its power source. It can extract and absorb various corrosive liquids, granular liquids, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids.

pneumatic diaphragm pump
Has the following characteristics:
(1) The pump will not overheat: compressed air is used as the power source, and during exhaust, it is a process of expansion and heat absorption. The temperature of the pneumatic pump decreases during operation, and no harmful gases are discharged.
(2) No electric sparks will be generated: no electricity is used as power, and grounding prevents static sparks.
(3) It can be achieved through liquid containing particles: because it works in a volumetric manner and the inlet is a ball valve, it is not easily blocked.
(4) The shear force on the material is extremely low: how it is sucked in and expelled during operation, so the agitation of the material is minimal, suitable for the transportation of unstable substances.
(5) The flow rate can be adjusted by installing a throttle valve at the material outlet.
(6) It has the function of self-priming.
(7) It can run empty without any danger.
