The RNeasy Mini Kit uses a silica gel membrane RNeasy centrifuge column with 100 μ g RNA binding ability to rapidly purify high-quality RNA from cells, tissues, and yeast. It is convenient to stabilize tissue samples using RNA stabilizers or Allprotect tissue reagents, and effectively destroy tissue samples using the TissueRuptor or TissueLyser system. RNA purification using RNeasy Mini Kit can be fully automated on QIAcube Connect. For smaller and larger samples, RNeasy Micro Kit (with a rotating column binding capacity of up to 45 µ g RNA), RNeasy Midi Kit (with a rotating column binding capacity of 1 mg RNA), and RNeasy Maxi Kit (with a rotating column binding capacity) can be used. Also provides 6 mg RNA.
