Gansu Hexi Hazardous Waste Project
Gansu Hexi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has invested in the construction of a hazardous waste centralized disposal center project in the Hexi region. The project is located in the North Gobi Desert of Yinda Town, Suzhou District. The estimated investment for the project is 228 million yuan. A centralized disposal center with an annual comprehensive disposal capacity of 33400 tons of hazardous waste will be built, including 9000 tons/year of incineration, 4400 tons/year of physical and chemical treatment, and 20000 tons/year of solidification treatment. The project will be equipped with incineration workshop, physical and chemical treatment workshop, solidification treatment workshop, hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse, sewage treatment workshop, central laboratory, comprehensive building and other main and public buildings of 17637.25 square meters, and a 490000 cubic meter safe landfill will be constructed. The project started construction in November 2018.
