In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, recently, the founder and technical officer of the company, Lai Changping, personally held a special meeting for company leaders and above management personnel and party members, focusing on studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Yan Qianqian, the secretary of the company's party branch, chairman of the labor union, and deputy general manager of procurement, presided over the meeting and led all attendees to systematically study the plenary session bulletin and related important discussions.

Subsequently, General Manager Lai conveyed and deeply interpreted the spirit of the plenary session, focusing on the development goals and layout of the country's enterprise economy in the next five years. The plenary session highlighted the fundamental requirement of resolutely obeying the unified arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the governing philosophy of putting the people first and promoting scientific development.

Based on the actual situation of the company, Mr. Lai conducted research analysis and work deployment around the twelve major deployments proposed at the plenary session, including promoting a strong manufacturing and quality country, accelerating green and low-carbon transformation, and strengthening talent team construction. He emphasized that firstly, we must adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party, and secondly, we must integrate the company's strategy into national planning, find the right positioning, and clarify the direction. Thirdly, we must adhere to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, enhance our confidence in development during the 15th Five Year Plan period, and fourthly, lead the enterprise to steadfastly pursue the path of high-quality development. He requested all personnel to deeply study and understand the spirit of the plenary session, recognize their responsibilities and missions, and concentrate their efforts on doing good things.
