The company was established in 2004 and is a key centralized enterprise for the production of chemical fillers by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. It is a member of the National Chemical (Technology, Intelligence) Center Station, a member of the China Petroleum and Chemical Survey and Design Association, and a network cooperative enterprise of central enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, ChemChina Group, and China National Nuclear Corporation.
