Lai Changping has been deeply involved in the fields of green separation equipment and chemical equipment for more than 20 years, leading Dier Chemical to grow into a national high-tech enterprise with an annual output value of over 600 million yuan and an A2 level pressure vessel manufacturing qualification for chemical equipment. She has won provincial and above honors such as "specialization, refinement, novelty" and "green factory, little giant". In the past three years, she has paid over 50 million yuan in taxes and provided employment opportunities for nearly 500 people in society. At the same time, he insists on innovation driven and talent driven enterprises, leading the establishment of Tianjin R&D Center and "Lai Changping Provincial Model Worker Innovation Studio", and participating in the formulation of multiple industry standards. Li Liezhen is my great mother, who taught me 'strength and resilience' and 'kindness and love' throughout her life... "Lai Changping shared her mother's life in her speech: her mother was only in primary school, but when she was 12 years old, she shouldered the heavy burden of the family with a fragile 35 year old shoulder - at that time, her father accidentally fell and became paralyzed due to a self built house. Her mother took care of her paralyzed father until he was basically self-sufficient, accompanied by a wheelchair for life, and worked hard to support their four children's growth. In the end, she helped him and his two sisters complete their university, college, and vocational education. Not long after graduating from university in 1998, Lai Changping's mother, who had been working hard for the family for a long time, passed away due to lung cancer without a cure. This lifelong regret also made him cherish the meaning of "love and inheritance" even more.

My mother's kindness, strength, diligence, responsibility, and friendship are highly compatible with the school motto of Pingxiang Middle School, and are the source of all my courage.
