In the golden September, the strong wind brings a refreshing feeling! Good news from Deere Company - all Deere employees are united and working together, and sales in August broke through the 50 million yuan mark in one fell swoop under the pressure of adversity! On September 1st, the "Congratulations on Exceeding 50 Million in August Performance and Half Year Sales Summary Meeting" was held in the large conference room on the second floor of the company. Sales personnel, department heads and above management cadres, and vice presidents of Luxi Branch gathered together to share glorious moments and draw a blueprint for the future.

At the meeting, the company specially presented commendations to outstanding sales elites and teams, paying tribute to the fighters with applause and honors, and igniting the enthusiasm of all staff to follow the example and climb new heights!
02Hardcore military training: Gobi hikingRefining to form a tough team
In order to build a "better sales iron army", from September 2nd to September 7th, the founder and technical officer of the company, Lai Changping, personally led the team, along with more than 10 sales department heads, deputy general managers, and core sales backbones, to enter the Gobi Desert unmanned area and embark on a 4-day, 3-night 108 kilometer hiking challenge! Mr. Lai emphasized that hiking in the Gobi relies on the endurance and perseverance to face the wind and sand without bowing down, and the combat effectiveness to support each other and work together to achieve goals, just like sales work. This Gobi War is another extension of Dier culture, and we must bring the Gobi spirit of "hard work, daring to explore, and teamwork first" back to our sales work!
03 Sprint for the whole year: Concentrate and start again
