At the beginning of the sharing session, two documentary short films pulled everyone back to the vast and harsh Gobi Desert. The boundless desert, scorching sun, howling winds, and the resolute figures of the team members carrying heavy loads forward. The brave warriors of the sales team have undergone a rigorous physical test of their limits during the three-day journey of 88 kilometers. The temperature difference between day and night, the invasion of sandstorms, blood blisters on the soles of the feet, extreme muscle soreness... every difficulty is a cruel polishing of physical fitness and willpower. I have completed multiple city 45 kilometer hikes and ridden over 1000 kilometers, and I consider myself no stranger to endurance challenges. However, it was the confidence brought by this experience that initially made me look down upon hiking in the Gobi Desert, but reality taught me a profound lesson.
