Through discussions with clients and design institutes, we have provided preliminary technical support to clients and promoted project progress.

The wire mesh and perforated corrugated packing used in the design has the characteristics of high efficiency, pressure reduction, and high flux, which is suitable for the distillation process of methanol and other devices, and can also simplify the installation and maintenance process. Targeted selection of core equipment such as trough plate distributors, wire mesh corrugated packing, orifice plate corrugated packing, and float valve trays, to construct a methanol plant design scheme that is "wave resistant, highly adaptable, and low-energy consuming", achieving a deep integration of technical advantages and integrated scenarios.

Nowadays, in addition to producing complete sets of green separation equipment, pressure vessel equipment and other chemical equipment required for the methanol industry, it can also provide customers with high-value technical services and complete solutions covering process design, manufacturing, installation and other integrated aspects. In 2024, the company will also complete the second phase of expansion, build a research and development building and production workshop, and put them into use, further strengthening its hardware and technical strength in the research and development of methanol related green equipment and overall scheme design.
