Starting from September 1st this year, even if the air pollution in our city has not yet reached the emergency response conditions, as long as the daily average concentration of PM10 at the air quality monitoring stations exceeds 150 micrograms per cubic meter and is expected to continue to exceed 150 micrograms per cubic meter in the next 24 hours, the key areas where the monitoring stations are located will suspend house demolition construction and construction site waste transportation operations, and the frequency of road cleaning, watering and dust reduction will increase by 50%; If the daily average concentration of PM10 at the air quality monitoring station exceeds 200 micrograms per cubic meter and is expected to continue exceeding 200 micrograms per cubic meter in the next 24 hours, in addition to suspending the above operations, the frequency of road cleaning, watering and dust reduction will be doubled.

Starting from next month, passage within the Third Ring Road (including) area will be prohibited

After phasing out most of the yellow label vehicles (National 0 emission standard gasoline vehicles and National 1, * standard diesel vehicles), our city will promote the phasing out of another batch of old vehicles.

It is reported that from October 1st, light-duty gasoline vehicles that meet the National First Emission Standard and heavy-duty diesel vehicles that meet the National Third Emission Standard will be prohibited from driving within the Third Ring Road (including) area of our city. Starting from next year, our city will eliminate a batch of old cars every year.

In addition, starting from January 1st next year, for yellow label vehicles that should be eliminated before 2017, if they are found to be driving on the road, they will be temporarily suspended and forcibly eliminated.

Damaged roads will be fully repaired by the end of March next year

Before October 31st, our city will complete the rectification work of the construction sites around the Third Ring Road and the new urban area in accordance with the control requirements of the central urban area, achieving full hardening of the main roads in the construction area, full coverage of bare soil in non work areas, full watering of demolition operations, and full washing of waste transport vehicles.

At the same time, we will promote the comprehensive upgrading of road cleaning and sanitation methods in the new urban area, and strengthen the mechanization of road cleaning operations. Before March 31, 2017, our city will complete the comprehensive repair of damaged roads around the Third Ring Road and the built-up area of the new urban area, and implement paving and green coverage of bare soil areas on the roads.

Eliminate existing open dry cleaning machines by June next year

It is reported that our city has not only proposed stricter management measures for high polluting industries such as coal, steel, cement, coking, flat glass, automobile manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, packaging and printing, and electronic manufacturing, but also proposed strict management of operations that may cause pollution, such as automobile 4S stores and dry cleaners.

Before October 31st, our city will carry out cleaning and rectification of car repair shops. Those who engage in automobile painting operations without a business license shall be banned; Those who engage in car painting operations on the road shall be banned; Those who engage in car painting operations without installing purification facilities will be investigated and punished.

Our city will also develop a special plan for the control of volatile organic compound pollution in the dry cleaning industry. Starting today, the addition of open type dry cleaning machines is prohibited throughout the city; By June 30th next year, promote the elimination of existing open type dry cleaning machines in all dry cleaning shops in the city.

In addition, our city will also carry out ship air pollution control and strengthen inspections on the use of oil products and pollution discharge by local and passing ships.
