Monofilament filter cloth is made of synthetic fibers and woven from nylon (PA), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), and ethylene (PE) monofilaments. The weaving technology of ordinary monofilament filter cloth is not complicated, and most domestic industrial filter cloth manufacturers can produce it. The Z53 monofilament nylon filter cloth produced by the company was tested by the Suzhou Textile Quality Supervision Institute CMA in 1996. The main technical parameters of the product, such as fracture strength, fracture elongation, thickness, air permeability, wear resistance, and bursting strength, are all comparable to similar domestic products. After analysis by experts from China University of Mining and Technology, it is believed that the technical level of this product is close to that of similar imported single fiber filter cloth.
Comparison of the performance of several commonly used filter cloths
Due to the rapid wear and fuzzing caused by the medium during solid-liquid separation, the service life of the multifilament woven filter cloth is very short. The non-woven needle punched filter blanket is composed of a polypropylene fiber layer, with a reinforced mesh woven with nylon fibers added to the inner layer. A thin layer of optical film is formed on the surface layer by hot pressing, which increases the strength, improves the dialysis and smoothness compared to the multifilament woven filter cloth, thereby improving the dehydration filtration effect and the service life of the filter cloth to a certain extent. However, it hinders the movement of materials during use.
The author analyzes the designer's concept for two reasons: firstly, from a mechanical perspective.
