10-08-31 type high-pressure centrifugal fan

1. Purpose:
Compared with similar fans at home and abroad, this high-pressure centrifugal fan has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency zone, reaching the advanced level in China. Can replace Roots blowers with similar performance.
This fan is a three-stage impeller series high-pressure ventilation fan, generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and widely used for material conveying. Suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, unnatural, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80 ℃. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
2. Type
1) This fan is single suction. The machine number is N08.
2) This fan mechanism is a type of clockwise rotation: when viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a clockwise rotating fan, represented by "clockwise".
3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing: this fan is "clockwise" 90 degrees.
4) The transmission mode of the fan is C-type.
3. Structure
1) The impeller is composed of three-stage aluminum impellers, which can be made into two different blade shapes. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
2) The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a snail shaped shell as a whole.
3) The air inlet is fixed to the front panel assembly with bolts as a whole structure.
4) The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, V-belt pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing housing is an integral structure that uses rolling bearings lubricated with mechanical oil.
5) The bracket is welded from angle steel and ordinary steel plates.
6) The selected accessories consist of imported air filters, imported mufflers, imported soft connections, exported soft connections, exported pipes, and exported mufflers. Users can choose and order according to their needs, otherwise accessories will not be supplied as a complete set
