G. Y6-51 boiler centrifugal fan and induced draft fan

GY6-51 boiler ventilation and induced draft fans are suitable for the air supply system of 2-670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and also meet the requirements of high-pressure head performance parameters for sulfide bed boilers. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems.
The supply fan delivers general air, while the induced draft fan delivers flue gas or gas containing impurities. When the magazine concentration is less than 200mg/cubic meter, it can be used for more than 4 years. If it contains high impurities, it can also be used, but the service life will be shortened. The maximum operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250 ℃.
The structure of the fan
1. This series of fans adopts advanced technological achievements such as high-strength wear-resistant impellers and leak proof bearing boxes.
2. High strength wear-resistant impeller. The impeller adopts backward single plate blades to reduce airflow impact, have good stability, and the motor is not easily overloaded, greatly extending the service life of the fan. This type of fan has a high pressure coefficient, low circumferential speed, and low noise, making it practical.
3. Leak proof bearing box. The overlapping oil slinger is used to slinge the oil carried by the high-speed rotating bearing to the inner wall of the bearing box and flow back to the oil pool. The outer side of the side cover is pressed with a disc root to block a small amount of thin oil. The upper part of the bearing box is equipped with a ventilation plug to reduce the micro positive pressure of the bearing box and ensure no oil leakage, with good dust prevention effect.
4. The fan has a cantilever structure, which is easy to arrange. The electric motor is directly connected to transmit torque evenly, reducing vibration and ensuring reliable operation of the fan.
