M6-3l and M7-16 coal powder centrifugal fans

The M6-3l and M7-16 coal powder centrifugal fans are the latest products developed based on the actual situation of coal powder transportation in boilers. They have the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, low noise, good airflow stability, flat performance curve, wide high-efficiency zone, compact structure, and easy maintenance. Generally, the maximum temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. If the performance is suitable, it can also be used for other applications.
This fan is a new product that replaces three old-fashioned fans, M9-26, M7-29, and M9-27, and adds high pressure zone performance for small and large flow rates.

The bearing box is lubricated with a thin oil pool, using a lap type oil slinger ring, a semi open aluminum oil seal, and a ventilation cover to reduce the slight positive pressure inside the bearing box and ensure no oil leakage.

The fan is equipped with inlet and outlet pipe side flanges, coupling guards, and foundation bolts for the fan and motor.
6、 Provide complete parameters
Fan rotor, overall weight, static and dynamic loads, rotor moment of inertia, and external dimensions. Holding the sample is sufficient for construction.

After a period of on-site operation and maintenance, the user will weld according to the actual wear parts to extend the service life of the fan.

When the working condition medium causes severe wear on the fan, special discussions can be held on the use of spraying, chemical treatment, or special treatment with materials such as silicon carbide and limestone.
10、 Simple manufacturing and easy maintenance
Due to the straight blades, flat front disc or conical disc, and conical air inlet, the straight air inlet makes manufacturing and maintenance very convenient. Repair materials can also be provided.
