This fan is suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150 milligrams per cubic meter.

Structural characteristics of the fan:

Impeller: There are 24 blades, including 12 long blades and 12 short blades, all of which are forward curved blades. After the middle wheel is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly.

Shell: Welded into a snail shaped shell with ordinary steel plates as a whole.

Air inlet: Made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.

Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc.
