Installation and commissioning of Y9-19 and Y9-26 boiler induced draft fans

1. Inspection - Before installation, it is necessary to check whether there are any debris inside the fan. If there are, they should be checked; Rotate the impeller to check for any scraping or rubbing, and adjust it promptly if any issues are found.

2. Foundation - a concrete floor with a thickness of not less than 300mm, the surface is basically horizontal, and an additional height of not less than 300mm and about 100mm higher than the surrounding floor is placed around the frame; Floor slabs and roofs that can bear the weight of fans.

3. Trial operation - Before starting up, the air valve must be closed to allow the fan to start under no-load conditions. After reaching normal speed, the air valve can be gradually opened until the rated working condition is reached. During operation, the current should be strictly monitored and should not exceed the rated value. After running for 20 minutes, the fan should check whether the temperature rise of the bearing box is normal (the temperature rise should not exceed 40 ℃ of the ambient temperature, and the gauge temperature should not exceed 70 ℃).

4. Maintenance - When maintaining the fan, first stop the machine and turn off the power; Change the lubricant (oil or grease) in a timely manner according to the actual situation; When the fan experiences abnormal conditions such as increased vibration, high bearing temperature rise, excessive motor current, and overheating of the machine body, the cause should be identified in a timely manner, and the fault should be eliminated before it can be operated again.
