The Jinzhe 10KV solid energy storage steam equipment can be connected to 10KV high-voltage valley power, wind power, photovoltaic power, etc., and convert them into thermal energy for storage. The stored thermal energy can be stably released according to the user's steam usage needs, and can stably and continuously supply high-temperature and high-pressure steam with a pressure of ≤ 2.5MPa. This unit is equipped with steam generator components to ensure steam stability or produce superheated steam. The heat storage period is determined according to the local valley electricity period, and the heat release period is flexibly set according to the heat demand, which can achieve various heating needs such as 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, etc.
Jinzhe New Energy is one of the early companies to develop and successfully apply solid thermal storage steam units. Starting from 2022, our solid thermal storage steam units have gradually been applied in fields such as clothing printing and dyeing, electroplating, and oilfield heating. The cases are mainly distributed in Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia, and the application specifications include small units below 500KW and large units of several MW (for heating after wind power consumption), with steam supply ranging from 0.2T/H to 6T/H.
The modular assembly technology of Jinzhe New Energy Solid Energy Storage Steam Turbine Unit is mature. The single module steam production of 10KV high-voltage direct entry unit is ≤ 2 tons/hour. For larger demand, modular assembly can be carried out on this basis. For projects with a gas production capacity of 5 tons/H, 2-3 modules need to be assembled. Technical advantages of solid energy storage steam units
(1) Low price of valley electricity and low cost per ton of steam
The calorific value generated by each kilowatt hour of electricity is constant. Therefore, to produce steam with the same parameters, regardless of which steam generation technology is used, the power consumption is similar. The real cost difference is caused by the power consumption period and the efficiency of electric thermal conversion. The power consumption of solid energy storage steam units is concentrated in the valley electricity period when electricity is cheap, and the electric thermal conversion efficiency is over 95%. Therefore, the cost per ton of steam is more than 50% lower than other steam generating units, and it can replace gas, electricity, and biomass steam boilers.
(2) 10KV high-voltage power supply can be used, eliminating the distribution obstacles of high-power steam production
About 700KWH of electricity is required to produce one ton of steam, so the demand for power distribution load of the steam generating unit is relatively high. Solid energy storage steam units have mature 10KV high-voltage power supply technology and do not need to consider transformer limitations. They can achieve tens of MW of ultra high power steam production, with a steam production capacity of up to 48T/day. Larger scale units can be assembled through modular assembly.
(3) Stable steam pressure
This unit adopts an ultra-high temperature thermal storage design, with a high usable temperature difference and years of thermal experience, which makes the steam pressure produced very stable, solving the problem of unstable steam pressure in valley electricity thermal storage
(4) Fast start-up speed, steam output in 3 minutes
This unit is equipped with steam generator components, which can quickly produce steam that meets pressure requirements in just a few minutes.
(5) Peak shaving and valley filling, can participate in grid peak shaving, can be connected to new energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power, and achieve energy storage and heating for a single machine, promoting zero carbonization and electrification of industrial heat sources
