Jinzhe New Energy Solid Energy Storage Steam Unit can convert green electricity such as valley power, wind power, and photovoltaics into thermal energy for storage, which can be used to produce steam and reduce the production cost per ton of steam. Compared with coal-fired and gas-fired steam boilers, it has no environmental protection and carbon emission pressure. Because the energy storage form is thermal energy, which is different from electrical storage equipment, it can also be called a solid thermal storage steam unit. It is also an electric steam boiler and generator that utilizes valley electric thermal storage technology to achieve low-cost operation. Due to its dual attributes of energy storage and heating, this device simplifies the logic of electric thermal conversion and can be used in scenarios where energy storage and heating are combined. It is also commonly used to replace electric steam generators to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and to replace traditional fossil energy boilers to achieve carbon reduction and environmental protection.
The unit is mainly composed of a thermal storage module and a heat release module. The thermal storage medium is solid magnesia brick, and the heat release module is implemented through a matching steam generator. Our solid energy storage steam generation unit utilizes heat storage during valley electricity periods and supplies ≤ 2.5MPa steam as needed during working hours. It can be used to replace existing biomass/gas/electric steam generators, with operating costs reduced by more than 30%. It can also be used for peak shaving and valley filling scenarios.


There are two options for the input voltage level of the unit: 380V and 10KV. High power units above 600KW can directly input 10kV high voltage, saving users a large amount of transformer capacity expansion costs. They operate safely and reliably, with a high degree of automation.
This unit is equipped with its own steam generator components to ensure steam stability or produce superheated steam. The heat storage period is determined according to the local valley electricity period, and the heat release period is flexibly set according to the heat demand, which can achieve various heating needs such as 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, etc.
The modular assembly technology of the product is mature, and the maximum single module steam output of the 10KV high-voltage direct entry unit is 1.5 tons/hour. Larger demand can be assembled modularly on this basis. Single module steam production of 380V unitzuiUp to 500kg/hour, single machine outputzuiApproximately 4 tons per hour.
Applicable scenarios of solid energy storage steam units
The solid heat storage technology in our country has been developing for more than ten years. Due to the government's policy to promote clean energy heating in the north about ten years ago, and the abundant photovoltaic and wind power resources in the north, as well as the abundant valley electricity in some areas, solid heat storage equipment has been mainly used in the heating field in the north in the past few years. Now, solid thermal storage equipment is gradually expanding into the industrial energy market. The common market demands are as follows:
Supply chain carbon reduction: used for green supply chain construction, in conjunction with wind and solar power to achieve low-carbon and zero carbon heating.
