The stored heat is then used to provide hot water, hot air, thermal oil, and steam, and is widely used in clean energy heating, low-carbon heating, wind solar energy storage heating, and other fields. The thermal storage electric boiler designed and produced by Shandong Jinzhe Energy Storage Design is a solid thermal storage electric boiler, also known as a solid electric thermal storage boiler. It uses solid alloy as the thermal storage material, with a storage temperature of up to 650-750 ℃ and a storage capacity of 500KWH per m ³ of thermal storage body. High power units can use 10KV/35KV high-voltage direct entry thermal storage body heating, resulting in lower distribution costs.

Solid state thermal storage electric boilers have flexible heat output forms, including hot water, steam, thermal oil, and hot air. They are an important technical force for achieving industrial electricity substitution, zero carbon park construction, and clean energy heating. At present, Jinzhe New Energy's products can supply high-temperature and high-pressure steam of ≤ 2.5MPa, hot water of ≤ 130 ℃ (under pressure), hot air of ≤ 300 ℃, and heat transfer oil of ≤ 250 ℃, which can replace biomass boilers, coal-fired boilers, oil fired boilers, and natural gas boilers of corresponding specifications.

1. The boiler can only use electricity as a source of heat, so suitable power conditions are required, including two aspects: one is the valley power policy (the larger the peak valley electricity price difference, the better) or the need to consume and store wind power, photovoltaic power, etc. Secondly, there is sufficient transformer capacity. Although high-power units can be directly connected to the high-voltage grid without transformers, fans, circulating pumps, etc. still require a small amount of power supply.

2. It is necessary to have a suitable installation environment, mainly focusing on factors such as length, width, height, environmental temperature and humidity, and load-bearing capacity. The editor often receives phone calls saying that there is a need for homeowners to renovate, but the installation space is limited. Many manufacturers in the industry cannot do this type of project. Although we at Jinzhe New Energy can try to adjust the unit to adapt to the on-site environment, we cannot guarantee that it will be achieved.
