The STRO-HP8042 series of pipe network reverse osmosis includes standard length membrane cores, high-pressure end plates at both ends, fiberglass membrane shells, and integrated membrane components. It has the characteristics of high precision, anti pollution, high flux, and good cleaning and recovery. It is a reliable product for customers in garbage leachate treatment and concentrated salt water operation.

1. Operating temperature:<40°C@90bar,<30°C@120bar;
2. Pressure drop:<0.7bar;
3. Free chlorine tolerance:<0.1 ppm;
4. PH range, continuous operation: 3-10;
5. PH range, short-term cleaning (30 min.): 2-12;
6. Regularly tighten the locking nut of the disc tube membrane component with a torque of 50NM, on a weekly and monthly basis;
7. During the startup process, there will be a large number of bubbles in the membrane module. It is necessary to use a flushing method to exhaust the gas inside the membrane module before starting up to avoid damage to the membrane;
8. To avoid sudden changes in pressure or water volume during the start stop process, which can cause water hammer, a control program can be used to achieve slow start stop and prolong the membrane life;
9. Short term shutdown, can be cleaned and protected with non oxidizing bactericides to avoid bacterial growth in membrane components;
