Integrated DTRO membrane moduleIt mainly consists of pressure bearing nuts, water production joints, inlet and outlet joints, upper and lower pressure bearing flanges, upper and lower water passing flanges, membrane shells, center rods, guide plates, membrane packages and other components.

Integration: Merge the pressure bearing flange and the overflow flange into one, balancing the functions of pressure bearing and overcurrent.

Corrosion resistance: Made of duplex steel material, it not only enhances the overall corrosion resistance but also facilitates disassembly and assembly.

Pressure bearing strength: As a component of the water production channel and pressure bearing parts, the integrated water production jacket is made of duplex steel material and matched with the integrated water passage flange.

Integrated DTRO membrane moduleThe DTRO membrane column is formed by stacking a reverse osmosis membrane and a guide plate together, fixing them with a central rod and end plate, and then placing them into a pressure resistant membrane shell. Its main components include: pressure bearing nut, water production joint, inlet and outlet joint, upper and lower pressure bearing flanges, upper and lower water passing flanges, membrane shell, center rod, guide plate, membrane package, etc.

The integrated DTRO membrane is a high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane module composed of an octagonal membrane package (also known as a membrane) and a circular guide plate. The membrane package is made up of two layers of reverse osmosis membranes and one layer of guide mesh welded by ultrasonic waves. After combining 209 membrane packs and 210 flow deflectors in sequence, a complete DTRO membrane module is formed by covering it with a fiberglass outer shell. The DTRO membrane package and guide plate designed for anti pollution constitute an efficient separation system, which has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and high separation performance, and is widely used in various high salt and high organic matter systems

The sewage that needs to be treated is called raw water. The raw water is pumped into the inlet interface of the DTRO membrane module through the high-pressure pump on the equipment, reaches the top of the membrane module, passes through the protrusions on the guide plate, forms turbulence, and flows into the concentrated water pores of the guide plate to the side in contact with the membrane. After high pressure, the raw water is separated from pollutants. The filtered purified water is discharged through the water outlet at the center of the guide plate and discharged through the production outlet. It is discharged according to the design requirements or enters the next stage DTRO membrane module for further filtration. The separated pollutants pass through the concentrated water pores and enter the next membrane for filtration, and so on
