The opening and closing component is a disc-shaped valve plate that rotates around its own axis inside the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening, closing, or adjusting. It mainly plays a role in cutting off and throttling on pipelines. The back pressure valve plays a protective role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the valve opens and releases a portion of the gas/fluid in the system into the atmosphere/pipeline, ensuring that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value and preventing accidents due to excessive pressure. On site, the pressure can be set within the range of 0-1.0Mpa by adjusting the screws and using the pressure gauge in the pipeline. The relief pressure is generally set 0.1-0.2Mpa higher than the system pressure. The pressure regulation of the safety valve should not exceed the maximum pressure of the metering pump. The installation should be as close as possible to the outlet of the pump, and there should be no valve between the pump and the safety valve. Protect the safety of the pump and ensure the normal operation of the system. When fluid enters from the back pressure valve inlet and is blocked by the diaphragm, the fluid exerts upward pressure on the diaphragm. When the pressure is high enough, the spring is compressed, and the fluid pushes up the diaphragm to form a channel, which flows out from the outlet of the back pressure valve; If the fluid pressure is not sufficient, it will form a build-up pressure, causing the inlet pressure to rise until it reaches the rated pressure, and lifting the diaphragm to form a passage. The rated pressure of the back pressure valve can be adjusted, usually by adjusting the top rod of the spring to adjust the length of the spring. Safety valve setting range: 0.03-1.0Mpa.

4. Create a favorable working environment for metering pumps and improve their performance.

5.To ensure the stability of the water pump's output flow rate, if the flow rate of some pumps varies greatly with pressure, a back pressure valve can be installed at the pump outlet to stabilize the pump's output flow rate. In this case, the pressure of the back pressure valve is generally selected to be the actual operating pressure of the pump or slightly lower than the operating pressure of the pump.

6.In the case of unstable pressure in pipelines or equipment containers, the required pressure of the pipeline can be maintained to enable the pump to output flow normally.
