Due to its smaller volume, lighter weight, simpler structure, and easier maintenance compared to the original product, it is a sealed valve in asphalt plants (stations) petroleum equipment. The asphalt insulation valve body is externally welded with a metal jacket, and jacket interfaces are installed on both sides of the valve body of the insulation butterfly valve, which can accommodate steam or other superheated gases to prevent the medium from solidifying or crystallizing at room temperature. Circulating steam, hot water, or thermal oil is added through the insulation interlayer to ensure that the asphalt does not crystallize, thereby protecting the normal flow of asphalt on the pipeline. Widely used in asphalt conveying and refining equipment in carbon plants, widely used in asphalt, crude oil, and other insulation media. Can replace pneumatic asphalt valves from multiple manufacturers.

Structural features:
