The Begale high-pressure blower is a mechanical device that can be used for both blowing and suction, and can be used for suction or blowing. The pump body is made of aluminum alloy die-casting and can be made into a multi blade heat sink structure. The impeller is cut from alloy material. The motor uses a dual frequency wide voltage motor, with industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc., available at 50/60HZ. The blower bearing uses high-quality high-speed enclosed bearings such as NSK, with stable quality. Structurally, the impeller is directly installed on the motor rotor, which has a simple structure, stable performance, and can operate continuously with minimal maintenance.
1. The fan is equipped with mounting feet, which can be used for blowing or inhaling air in the workplace after simple installation, and can be installed in a horizontal or vertical direction.
2. Hard shell: The pump body is made of aluminum alloy casting, which is different from ordinary iron or aluminum shells in that it has a hard outer surface.
3. Stable performance: The impeller is directly connected to the motor, without gears or transmission belts, with a simple structure and stable performance.
4. The conveying gas source is clean, and when the impeller rotates, the output gas is clean.
5. Low vibration: The components of the Begale high-pressure blower are processed and tested using precision CNC machine tools. The operating parts have undergone dynamic balance correction, resulting in low vibration.

Generally speaking, there are two types of high-pressure blowers in terms of structure: single impeller and double impeller. Generally speaking, under the same power and series, single impeller fans have moderate pressure and air volume, while double impeller fans have high pressure. The model of the high-pressure blower from B&R is named based on the size of the casing and the power of the motor. The pump body and fan power are different, and the wind pressure and air volume are also different. The price is also different. We can choose the corresponding B&R high-pressure blower model according to our own needs for wind pressure and air volume, and select the corresponding power according to our needs.

2. According to the physical and chemical properties of the gas being transported, choose different uses of Begale high-pressure blowers. If conveying clean air, a standard Bacare high-pressure blower can be selected; When transporting flammable and explosive gases, explosion-proof Bacare high-pressure blowers should be selected; When transporting corrosive gases, corrosion-resistant Bacare high-pressure blowers should be selected.
3. When selecting a high-pressure blower for B&R, consideration should be given to the air leakage loss and calculation error of the pipeline system, as well as the negative deviation of the actual air volume and air pressure of the blower. Generally, a safety factor of 1.05-1.1 air volume and 1.10-1.15 air pressure is adopted. But it is also not easy to use too much, so as to avoid the blower running at low load for a long time.
4. Pay attention to the matching relationship between the resistance characteristics of the pipeline network and the characteristics of the blower. In order to ensure the stable operation of the B&R high-pressure blower, the blower should be operated near its efficiency point (the efficiency operating point of the B&R high-pressure blower is located on the right side of the pressure peak point in the performance curve, that is, on the high air volume side, and generally on the lower side of the pressure peak).
