6-30, 6-23 grain centrifugal fans

6-30 and 6-23 grain centrifugal fans are generally used for pneumatic conveying of granular or powdery materials, and can be widely used for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃ (up to 80 ℃), and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m3.

The decimeter diameter of the fan impeller is the fan number, represented by Arabic numerals. The letter after the machine number indicates the transmission mode of the fan, and the commonly used transmission modes are: "A" type - indicating direct transmission with the motor (impeller mounted on the motor shaft). Type "C" - represents the cantilever of the ventilation fan, with the pulley driven on the outside of the bearing. D "- represents the cantilever of the ventilation fan, with support and coupling transmission.

The rotation direction of a fan is divided into two types: left and right. The method of distinguishing them is to look at the impeller from the transmission direction. When the fan is working, the impeller rotating clockwise is called right rotation, and vice versa is called left rotation.

The outlet direction of the fan is generally made at 90 degrees. If the user has a requirement, it can be indicated on the order (see Figure 1 for various outlet angles of the fan). The following views are all from the front view of one end of the motor. To facilitate customer installation and debugging, we also provide the overall support and vibration reduction support for the steel structure. 2.4 The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet ring, bearing seat and other components. The impeller is composed of a wheel cover, blades, and a straight disc, and has undergone static and dynamic balance correction. The bearing seat is lubricated with calcium based grease for rolling bearings.
