8-09 type high-pressure centrifugal fan

The 8-09 high-pressure centrifugal fan is a specialized fan that is matched with iron furnaces with melting rates of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7t/h. It can also be used as a blower for various furnaces, forging furnaces, and conveying non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gases. Other similar performance can also be selected, but the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3.
Type of fan
(1) The 8-09 type fan is a single suction fan, and our company's designed machine numbers for the 8-09 type fan include six machine numbers: 6.8A, 7.1A, 7.4D, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D.
(2) The casing of the 8-09 type fan can be made in two types: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
(3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. The casing of the "forward" and "reverse" fan is made at 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees.

The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃, with a maximum of 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m3.

1. This fan is all single suction, usually with 13 unit numbers including No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.
