1. The 800 degree high-temperature fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, connector, cooling fan blades, and other parts.
2. The impeller adopts a multi blade single inlet centrifugal impeller made of galvanized or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blades are designed based on aerodynamic principles. The impeller consists of 10 aft tilting airfoil blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. Made of high-quality steel plates and subjected to strict dynamic and static balance correction. Good air performance and smooth operation.
3. The air inlet adopts a convergent streamlined vortex reduction form, which reduces airflow loss and facilitates the operation of high-temperature fans.
4. The casing of the 800 degree high-temperature fan is connected to the motor through a metal casting installation. The motor shaft head is equipped with a cooling fan blade, and the outer wall of the metal casting is provided with inlet and outlet pipe interfaces to cool the metal casting and shaft head. The motor operates normally at high temperatures.
5. The motor adopts a high-temperature motor, and the fluid part of the high-temperature fan is made of heat-resistant materials, with cooling structure performance. Compared to other boiler induced draft fans, it has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance.
