AI intelligent control valve-Core hardware composition:
● Sensor module: Soil temperature and humidity sensor (one installed every 50 square meters), water level sensor in the storage tank, water quality sensor (monitoring COD, ammonia nitrogen, SS indicators), lake water level sensor;
Execution modules: rainwater collection valve, lake water lifting pump, purification device start stop switch, irrigation water pump, drip/sprinkler solenoid valve;
● Control module: AI edge computing gateway (integrated data acquisition, algorithm analysis, command issuing function), supporting 5G/Internet of Things communication, and linking with cloud management platform.
AI intelligent control valve-AI linkage control logic:
Data collection: Real time acquisition of rainfall, soil temperature and humidity, water level/quality of storage tanks, lake water level/quality, and other data, transmitted to the AI gateway;
Intelligent decision-making: AI algorithms automatically determine the operating mode based on historical meteorological data, plant water demand models, and water quality standards
Rainfall mode: When the rainfall is ≥ 5mm, open the rainwater collection valve, close the irrigation and lake water replenishment system, and prioritize storing rainwater;
Rainwater irrigation mode: When the water level in the storage tank is ≥ 50% and the soil moisture is < 60%, start rainwater irrigation and automatically adjust the irrigation duration according to the soil moisture;
■ Lake water purification irrigation mode: When the water level in the storage tank is less than 20% and the soil moisture is less than 60%, the lake water lifting pump and purification device are started. After purification meets the standard, the water is transported to the storage tank for irrigation;
■ Standby mode: When the soil moisture is ≥ 70% or the water level in the storage tank/lake is too low, the system will standby and issue a warning prompt.
Remote management: The cloud platform supports real-time monitoring of system operation status, water quality data, irrigation records, and can manually intervene in control parameters to generate monthly water resource utilization reports.
