Overview
The adsorption of zeolite module molecules is a "surface force" that occurs on the surface of a solid due to the gravitational force of molecules. When the fluid flow expires, some molecules in the fluid collide with the surface of the adsorbent due to irregular motion, causing molecular concentration on the surface and reducing the number of such molecules in the fluid, achieving the intention of separation and elimination.
Product Details

Adsorption zeolite moduleThe skeleton structure of molecular sieves is formed by finite or infinite connections of primary structural units. Finite structural units, such as secondary structural units, typically refer to multicomponent ring structures composed of TO4 tetrahedra that share fixed-point oxygen atoms and are connected in different ways. Common ring structures include four membered rings, five membered rings, six membered rings, double four membered rings, and double six membered rings.

Introduction to Honeycomb Zeolite Molecular Sieve: Zeolite adsorbent products include microporous adsorbents and mesoporous adsorbents.

(1) Molecular sieves with a pore size below 2 nm are microporous molecular sieves, while those with a pore size between 2-50 nm are mesoporous Jiangxi molecular sieves (those with a pore size above 50 nm are macroporous molecular sieves). Mesoporous molecular sieves have the characteristics of * specific surface area, regular and ordered pore structure, narrow pore size distribution, and continuously adjustable pore size, which make them play an important role in the adsorption, separation, and catalytic reactions of large molecules that are difficult to achieve with many microporous molecular sieves.

(2) Therefore, when selecting, molecular sieve materials with different properties and pore sizes should be configured according to the different components of organic waste gas. Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve can achieve targeted organic waste gas treatment, meet design requirements, and meet emission standards.

Adsorption zeolite moduleMolecular gravity is a type of "external force" that occurs on the surface of a solid. When the fluid flow expires, some molecules in the fluid collide with the surface of the adsorbent due to irregular motion, causing molecular concentration on the surface and reducing the number of such molecules in the fluid, achieving the intention of separation and removal. The combination of molecular sieve and activated alumina is more effective in adsorption drying machines.

Several important technical parameters of molecular sieve

(1) Particle size: The appearance of microspheres manufactured using molecular sieve adsorbents should be controlled between the upper and lower limits, with a particle size limit of no more than 5% above 95%.

(2) Compressive strength: Due to the large pressure difference in the working conditions of using microspheres, if the compressive strength does not meet the requirements, it is easy to cause damage to the molecular sieve. In addition to affecting the service life, it may also cause severe congestion in the equipped pipeline.

(3) Bulk density: The bulk density of molecular sieve adsorbents is fundamentally proportional to their compressive strength, and with a constant adsorption capacity, a higher bulk density is better.

(4) Moisture content: The lower the moisture content of the packaging, the less pre adsorption of the microspheres during storage and transportation.
