The HP160 series is an efficient lithium ion sieve adsorbent that utilizes liquid-phase targeted modification and deposition, lithium ion imprinting, and other techniques to create a memory effect on the structure of lithium ions, ensuringHP160 seriesHigh selectivity towards lithium ions.
For example, in salt lake brines with a magnesium lithium ratio of up to 200:1, the HP160 series still exhibits high selectivity for lithium. Through a single adsorption separation, the magnesium lithium ratio can be reduced to below 1:2. In addition, the HP160 series has good anti scouring performance and stable physicochemical properties, ensuring excellent mechanical strength of the adsorbent. Secondly, the HP160 series has a high working adsorption capacity for lithium, and its selectivity and adsorption capacity for lithium are still high in multiple metal ion coexisting systems. And water can regenerate lithium ions, with a green process and no secondary "three wastes" generated.

Case One


The lithium extraction project from old brine in a salt lake in Xinjiang has an average lithium concentration of about 0.80g/L and a magnesium concentration of about 120g/L. The brine temperature is 0 ℃, and the Haipu aluminum based lithium extraction adsorbent has significant advantages in qualified liquid lithium concentration, tail brine lithium concentration, lithium yield and other parameters, which has been recognized by customers. The qualified liquid lithium concentration is above 900mg/L, and the magnesium lithium ratio is below 1.5

The lithium extraction project from a certain salt lake in Qinghai has a lithium concentration of 0.16-0.29g/L, a sodium concentration of about 90g/L, a sulfate concentration of about 25g/L, and a brine temperature of 0 ℃. Haipu aluminum based lithium extraction adsorbent has significant advantages in yield, adsorption capacity, qualified liquid quality, lithium yield and other parameters, and is less affected by sulfate ions under long-term operation. The qualified liquid lithium concentration is above 600mg/L, the magnesium lithium ratio and sodium lithium ratio are both below 0.5, and the lithium yield is over 95%. And after a long period of continuous operation, there was no significant decline in the performance of the adsorbent.
