HP166 pesticide residue removal resin is a high-performance macroporous adsorption resin designed specifically for the removal of pesticide residues (pesticide residues) in food and agricultural product processing
HP166Pesticide residue removal resinIt is a high-performance macroporous adsorption resin designed specifically for the removal of pesticide residues (pesticide residues) in food and agricultural product processing. This resin has excellent adsorption selectivity, high specific surface area, and good regeneration performance. It can efficiently remove pesticide residues such as organophosphorus, organochlorine, and pyrethroids from fruit and vegetable juices, tea extracts, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials, while retaining effective ingredients to ensure food safety.
Product Features
High adsorption capacity - has strong adsorption capacity for various pesticide residues (such as chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid, chlorothalonil, etc.), with a removal rate of over 90%. Good selectivity - prioritizing the adsorption of small molecule organic pollutants, reducing the loss of beneficial components such as sugars, polyphenols, and amino acids. Strong physical and chemical stability - acid and alkali resistant, organic solvent resistant, suitable for treatment processes in different pH environments. Renewable and reusable - can be regenerated through solutions such as ethanol and NaOH to reduce operating costs. Compliant with food safety standards - non-toxic and pollution-free, meeting the safety requirements of GB4806.7-2016 food contact materials.
Technical parameters

Application Fields
Fruit and vegetable juice processing - removing pesticide residues from apple juice, orange juice, etc. Tea deep processing - removing agricultural residues from tea polyphenols and tea extracts. Purification of traditional Chinese medicinal materials - reducing organic pollutants in medicinal materials such as ginseng and astragalus. Functional food - ensuring the safety of enzymes and plant extracts.
Usage suggestions
Dynamic adsorption: It is recommended to use column chromatography with a flow rate controlled between 1-3BV/h (depending on the specific process adjustment). Regeneration method: Rinse with 3%~5% NaOH or 70% ethanol. After regeneration, rinse with water until neutral before reuse.
Storage conditions:
Sealed storage, avoid drying or freezing, it is recommended to store in an environment of 5-40 ℃. Packaging specification: 25kg/bag (inner double-layer PE bag, outer woven bag), or customized according to customer needs.
Precautions
⚠ Avoid contact with strong oxidants; ⚠ It is recommended to soak and rinse thoroughly with ethanol or deionized water before initial use; ⚠ Long term disuse requires soaking in 20% ethanol for preservation
