The HP170 series is a highly selective and high-capacity lithium ion sieve adsorbent. It is prepared through techniques such as nanohybridization and lithium-ion imprinting. The active nanocrystalline particles of the adsorbent have efficient adsorption performance for lithium ions (with an adsorption capacity greater than 6.0g Li/L), and the adsorption sites have a memory effect on lithium ions, resulting in high adsorption selectivity. Even in salt lake brines or lithium containing feed solutions with alkali metal and alkaline earth metal contents hundreds or thousands of times higher than lithium ions, the HP170 series still has high selectivity for lithium. Through a single adsorption separation, the magnesium lithium ratio, sodium lithium ratio, and potassium lithium ratio can all be reduced to below 1:1

Product Application
An alkaline salt lake in Xizang has lithium concentration of~0.22g/L, sodium concentration of about 20g/L, carbonate concentration of about 3g/L, and brine PH of about 9.2. Our company provides 1500m ³ titanium based adsorbent, with qualified liquid lithium concentration above 1400mg/L, lithium sodium ratio>2:1, lithium magnesium ratio>3, and lithium yield of over 80%. At present, the performance is good and the product is running steadily. This project is the application of titanium based adsorbents in large-scale production.
