Lubrication maintenance: Good lubrication can reduce friction loss and extend the service life of bearings. It is necessary to regularly add or replace lubricating oil.

Seal replacement: Regularly check the wear of the seal and replace it if necessary. Worn seals may cause leaks or other issues, affecting the normal operation of the pump.

Adjustment of impeller clearance: In order to ensure efficient operation of the pump, it is necessary to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate in a timely manner. When adjusting the clearance between the impeller, first stop the pump, loosen the bolts that hold the bearing box tightly, loosen the adjustment nut, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, rotate the shaft by hand in the direction of the pump's rotation until the impeller rubs against the front guard plate. Then use the adjustment bolt to move the rotor backward, record the clearance between the front and rear guards of the impeller, and evenly distribute it between the front and rear guards of the impeller until the clearance between the impeller and the front and rear guards is equal. Tighten the two dust discs and tighten them on the shaft. After adjustment, it is necessary to recheck whether the impeller rotates normally and whether the bearing component clamping bolts are tightened before starting the pump again.
