Adjustment of impeller clearance: In order to ensure efficient operation of the pump, it is necessary to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate in a timely manner. When adjusting the clearance between the impeller, first stop the pump, loosen the bolts that hold the bearing box tightly, loosen the adjustment nut, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, rotate the shaft by hand in the direction of the pump's rotation until the impeller rubs against the front guard plate. Then use the adjustment bolt to move the rotor backward, record the clearance between the front and rear guards of the impeller, and evenly distribute it between the front and rear guards of the impeller until the clearance between the impeller and the front and rear guards is equal.
