Precautions for use:

1. During the installation process, the pipeline should be installed strictly according to the inlet and outlet directions of the CQ magnetic pump to prevent problems such as unstable pump speed caused by reverse installation.

2. During use, the sealing of each component of the pump body should be regularly checked, and the seals should be replaced and maintained regularly.

3. The temperature range for use is generally -20 ℃~100 ℃, avoid using beyond this range.

4. During operation, attention should be paid to preventing foreign objects from entering the pump body. If foreign objects are found, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner.

5. Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically, and plastic pump bodies should not bear the weight of pipelines.

6. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

7. After 500 hours of operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected to ensure their normal operation.
