Ba'an Water Company provides a professional condensate polishing system that adopts advanced high tower separation in vitro regeneration technology. At present, more than 80 sets of condensate polishing systems from Ba'an Water are operating in power plants across the country and overseas. The high tower separation method for in vitro regeneration technology and condensate polishing equipment are generally connected between the condensate pump and the low-pressure heater. Due to its operation under high pressure (usually 3.5-4.6 MPa design pressure), it is called a medium pressure condensate polishing equipment, and the commonly used desalination equipment in this system is the H-OH type deep high-speed mixed bed. The operating flow rate is generally 100m/h. The tower separation method can separate anion and cation resins, which solves the problem of cross contamination between anion and cation resins that has plagued chemical water treatment engineers for decades (i.e. during regeneration, some resins come into contact with the opposite regeneration solution due to the failure to separate anion and cation resins, causing cross contamination). This plays a crucial role in improving the effluent quality of the condensate polishing system. The high tower regeneration system consists of a resin separation tower (SPT), a cation resin regeneration tower and resin storage tower (CRT), a anion resin regeneration tower (ART), and supporting flushing water pumps, Roots blowers, acid (alkali) regeneration, and wastewater collection and discharge equipment. Technical characteristics of deep mixed bed and regeneration system: The bottom water outlet device of the mixed bed adopts a * structure to ensure a resin transport rate of>99.99%; The regeneration device adopts a special design, without any bias phenomenon, and the resin interface is significantly stable; The mixed resin interface detection device is scientifically reasonable and has a high resin separation rate: the anion resin in the cation resin is less than 0.1%, and the cation resin in the anion resin is less than 0.07%; The mixed bed hydrogen type has a long operating cycle and can meet the resin separation rate required for ammonification operation; The company can install a pre filter before the high-speed mixed bed according to the water quality requirements of the unit, to prevent the high-speed mixed bed and resin from being affected by corrosion products. The company can provide domestically produced or imported foldable and wrapped filter elements, as well as single and dual speed water caps for water distribution.
