The evaporator is composed of a bird proof enclosure, an evaporating dish, a weighing sensor, a measurement and control device, a water replenishment pump, a water replenishment bucket, and an outer shell;
Evaporator dish: It is a copper round bowl with a depth of about 110mm and a diameter of 200mm, and the rim has a cutting edge.
Bird enclosure: a fence shaped circular ring with teeth extending outward in a trumpet shape at the upper end.
Water replenishment pump: Measure the controller's replenishment of water to the evaporating dish.
Water replenishment bucket: used to store water for replenishing evaporating dishes. The water level control valve inside the bucket controls the external water source to supply water to the replenishment bucket.
Measurement control device: composed of weighing sensors and measurement controllers, used to complete functions such as measurement, water replenishment, storage, and communication.
Working Principle:
At the designated measurement time, the weighing measuring device will automatically start working to measure the weight of the evaporating dish. The evaporating dish weight measured at 8:00 am the previous day minus the evaporating dish weight measured at 8:00 am the current day is the evaporating amount of yesterday and stored.
After the measurement is completed, start the water replenishment device to replenish the evaporating dish, and control the amount of water replenishment to the initial value to stop replenishing. Record the weight value of the evaporating dish at this time as the initial value for measuring the evaporation amount the next day, and stop the measuring device from working. Wait for the measurement time to arrive the next day before automatically starting the work. This completes the automatic measurement of daily evaporation.
There is a water level control valve installed in the water replenishment tank that automatically controls the external water supply to replenish the water in the water replenishment tank, ensuring that there is sufficient water in the water replenishment tank.
