Working principle of pressure retaining box filter press:

The surface of the filter plate has pockmarks and protrusions to support the filter cloth. There are through holes in the center and corners of the filter plate, which form a complete channel after assembly, allowing suspension, washing water, and filtrate to be introduced. Both sides of the filter plate are supported by handles on the crossbeam, and the filter plate is compressed by a clamping device. The filter cloth between the filter plates plays a sealing role.

Automatic pressure maintaining filter pressUnder the pressure of the feeding pump, the material liquid to be filtered is sent into each filter chamber, and the solid and liquid are separated through the filtering medium (suitable filter cloth is selected according to different industries). Form filter residue on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled to form a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate to the outlet channel below, and is discharged in a concentrated manner. After filtration, the filter residue can be washed with washing water. After washing, sometimes compressed air is also introduced to remove the remaining washing solution. After the filtration is completed, open the filter press to remove the filter cake, clean the filter cloth, and re press the plate filter to start the next working cycle.
